REACT Ltd REACT is a voluntary/community based organisation and a registered charity established in 2000 with the aim of addressing the growing drug and alcohol problems which had adversely affected the Kilkeel area for a number of years.
REACT is committed to promoting social inclusion, improving health and building community capacity, trust and confidence.
